Every clinic listed on BioMapLabs must meet a documented set of standards before appearing in our directory. Here is what we look for.
The clinic must hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN), verifiable on the ABN Lookup register. We do not list sole traders operating from residential addresses.
The clinic must be led by or employ a registered healthcare professional — a doctor, nurse practitioner, or pharmacist — verifiable on the AHPRA national register.
The clinic must operate from a legitimate physical address. We verify that the address corresponds to a real clinical or medical facility, not a virtual office.
The clinic must not make illegal therapeutic claims in their marketing. We review their website and public materials to ensure compliance with TGA advertising standards.
The clinic must have a functioning website and verifiable contact details — phone number, email, and physical address — that are consistent and publicly accessible.
Every clinic must agree to our Terms of Service, which includes a commitment to respond to leads promptly, maintain professional conduct, and not misrepresent their services.
