While we take reasonable steps to verify clinic listings, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of clinic information. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any clinic.

BioMapLabs is not a party to any agreement between you and a clinic. Any services you receive from a clinic are subject to that clinic's own terms and conditions.

7. Lead Submission

When you submit an inquiry through BioMapLabs, you consent to your contact details and inquiry information being forwarded to the relevant clinic(s). BioMapLabs acts only as an intermediary in this process and is not responsible for the clinic's response, conduct, or services.

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are genuinely interested in connecting with a clinic.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BioMapLabs Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BioMapLabs or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
